Delete your HILNA account

You can delete your HILNA clinician account at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to do it.

How to delete your account

In the HILNA app: open Profile, tap Delete Account, then type your email address to confirm.
On the web: sign in at my.hilna.app and choose Delete Account. This works without the app installed.
By email: write to hello@hilna.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request with you before deleting anything.

Your login and your profile, including your profile photo.
Your HILNA subscription, if you have one, which is cancelled.
Your private exercises, exercise templates and library programs, and their videos.
Your exercise collections and your AI generation history.
Your links to your patients, and the record of any patient who has no program left.
Your clinic, with its logo and invitations, if you are its only member. If other clinicians belong to it, the clinic stays and ownership passes to its longest-standing member.

Programs you created for patients are kept, together with each patient's record, attachments and progress updates, so your patients can keep opening the programs you sent them. They are no longer linked to you, and their reminder emails are switched off.
Exercises and programs you shared with your clinic or with the HILNA community stay available to others, no longer linked to you.
Exercise videos are deleted when nothing that is kept still uses them.

A patient can permanently delete their own data, including programs sent to them, from the patient portal at any time.
